1. Services

We provide software development services (web, mobile, IoT) in accordance with mutually agreed contracts.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The source code for fixed-bid projects will be fully handed over upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to display the work as part of our portfolio (unless anonymity is agreed upon).

3. Payment

Payment milestones and terms will be detailed in the official contract or proposal document.
